1970's

1972, Almora, India. I'd dropped into Sunya Baba's little house and together we walked up to the top of the path to say namaste to the three ice peaks visible from there. Sunyata is/was a "natural mystic" Danish gardener discovered by Rabindranath Tagore. Sunya was later taken to the USA by a Californian group where he died in a car accident.

1970, Ibiza, Spain where I lived (nonstop without once leaving the island) for 2 years with Maggie Hopp, my "New York Jewish Princess" and my son Tristan in our little Spanish house in the country. The naked hippy lady is Barbara, also from New York who later married Billy Shapiro, a good friend.
1970, Ibiza, Spain. Inside our house. Great times, not to be repeated till the Rave scene in the late '80s.
1970, Ibiza, Spain. A hippy's wardrobe, hanging on bambu poles. Most of it is Maggie's!
1978, Glastonbury, England. After the Santa Claus Agency, my next attempt at being a bizman, with my own little Being Fare Company (geddit? geddit?) and our ace product Spirulina, "the most nourishing food on earth!".
1976, London. The Santa Claus Agency. Tony Kennon and I launched this in December, 1975, and appeared in most of the national press within a week! A real eye opener for a spiritual hippy. It was easy! The XMs is Marlene Sypestyn, the Dutch love of my life, first girl to break my heart (making me a much nicer person!)
Besides getting lots of publicity and no money, I also took the Santas to campaign for peace at the Greenham Common Anti-Nuclear protest.
